Description: FireFighter is a top viewed game were you control a firefighter hero, and fight your way through burning buildings that cannot be rescued, and then find and save the trapped people inside of it. ?You are equiped with 8 minutes of oxygen, and a fire extinguisher. ?After you complete a few levels a story line begins to unfold, but that is for you to find out. :wink:
Requirements: The minimal requirements are average. Minimal 32 mb ram 233 celeron 32,000(32 bit) color windows 95 DirectX 5 or higher
Recomended 32+ mb ram 500 Pentium+ 32,000(32bit) color Windows 98+ (95 may work) DirectX 5 or higher ? ? ?(these requirements may differ between operating systems)

Some people say that Top-camera is a bad camera view because we have a 3D graphics easily available today. But I say that Top-View is great and have lots of advantages (easy tactics, easy view/no distance fog, easy to draw/program and organize the development, etc...). Some game genres are for topview only! Raklem 2 will be topview, Raklem 3 as planed to be in 3D, will use the topview camera also...

I am having a problem drawing the top of a fire truck. If anyone has some talent in this area, it'd be great if you could draw me the top of a fire truck. I'm not too sure what the top is supposed to look like anyway.

Thanks for the truck nitro, it worked perfect. Everyone take a look at the firetruck that nitro drew for me, it is after you finish the first level.

Some tips 'n tricks fro FireFighter
-when in a building, try not to touch corners, they are sticky! -before you go running around, take a moment to take a look around at the survivors you can see, then try and find your way to them, one by one. -while you are playing, try to recognize landmarks( i know most things look the same) anything your mind can think of. I designed it so that you wouldnt recognize anything, but try to anyway. This helps you to recognize where youve been and to not return there. -when you come up to a flame or 2 in your way, just tap the extinguisher. -**DESTROY ALL FIRE YOU GET THE CHANCE TO** this helps to make the level eisier as you go, if you try to avoid all fire, without using extinguisher, then it later becomes impossible to keep the fire from surrounding you. -when in 'race mode' dont accelerate unless you feel very comfortable going fast. The speed you start at is fast enough to get you by in time.
If you have any tips to give to other players, post them on here, and maybe ill make a updated version with tips 'n tricks on menu, and also a bit easier.

Wow, I'm impressed with the game! Very original idea, I played it yesterday when I founded it on my bro's pc. Game is little hard but doesn?t mind me (can I say "mind me" as "trouble me"?), and menus also, it's tricky to focus your mouse on one selection? other then that, GREAT JOB!
Btw, sorry for not replying so long, my pc doesn't work anymore and waiting for a new one (laptop maybe).
oh, almost forgot to say, please convert the screenshot into jpg (bmp is 250kb heavy)
