I've found an interesting program for game developers...and others in some use:

Learn How To Get More Done In Less Time:
- Create yourself a project "How To Get More Done In Less Time"
- Throughout your day record the time whenever you start or stop any activity.
- Use a taskwatch (simply double-click tasks) to just record time intervals for each activity.
- You can do this during only your working time or throughout your entire day.
- At the end of the day, sort all the time chunks into general categories, and find out what percentage of your time is being spent on each type of activity.
- If you want to be thorough, do this for a week, and calculate the percentage of your total time that you spent on each type of activity.
- Be as detailed as possible.
- Note how much time you spend on email, reading newsgroups, web surfing, phone calls, eating, going to the bathroom, etc. Create task for each of these.
- If you get up out of your chair, it probably means you need to make an entry in your time log

At the end of the week - you'll be amazed to see where your time is going. You may realize that you spend 60 hour weeks, but only 45 of them are working hours. This application will help you to reduce your weekly working time by tens of hours while also getting more hours of real work done.

You may find as I did that working long hours and working optimally are two very different things.
