Strava, vidim da imas iskustva sa svacime.. evo ja sam si bas pripremio da testiram physical engine za fizik..(ocito iz imena). Mada planiram napraviti svoj engine za tako nesto jer obozavam algoritme ;) i njihovu problematiku... skuzio sam po primjerima da je taj engine prilicno tezak za CPU na 1.5Ghz sto nikako ne valja!..

Ogre 3D je najbolji free open engine. Probao sam ga i mogu reci da je pa bar 10000x bolji od TV3D. Najveca paznja je posvecena svetlima i senkama tako da sve scene neverovatno realne.

Sla?em se s tobom u svemu ali ipak mora? shvatiti kako Ogre nije GAME engine. TV3D je game engine.

Zato ako hoće? napravit neku 3D igru, a nema? ba? neko iskustvo sa C++ programiranjem onda je Irrlicht pravi izbor. Istina; Irrlicht nema toliko lijepe efekte kao Ogre ali je collision detection pojednostavljen do yaya (isto tako i kamera).

Ma nevolim ja te tudje engine ja pravim trenutno svoj. Da lsazem se za ogre nije z aigre i nevidjeno je komplikovan. Irrlicht sam probo i on je jednostavniji on je u rangu TV3D mozda malo bolji i open source :thumbsup:

ma u TV je kamera totalka sjebana ko i collsiion. S collisionom se jebem vec sva tjedna kao i s fizikom.
Inace TV nije uopce tezak ali ima sjebanih stvari kao sjene i kolizija.Za fiziku nem atutoriala pa onda je sejbana

HS, bez uvrede, ali tv kamera je dobra isto kao i kolizija, to ?ta ti to nezna? je druga stvar....to ne znači da engine nevalja i nema potrebe da gadi? engine....zato jer nemo?e? ovladati njime.
Zbog toga sam ja ljudima sto puta govorija, prvo savladaj OOP + VB, pa idi na C++, OpenGL....pa malo 2D.....pa se onda nakon 2-3 godine uhvati 3d-a, ali ne.....ma ba? svatko koga sam upoznao je odmah pomislio da je lumen i da on mo?e napravit doom3. :doh:

TV nije game engine, on je 3D engine, i moćniji je od svih tih na listi koju ste naveli.
Osim toga, ono je krivi link za TV engine.....isto se zove truevision ali ono nije TrueVision 3D engine o kojemu HS i ja raspravljamo, jer zadnja verzija TV-a je 6.5 a ne 0.5
Naravno TV3D nije free za komercijalnu upotrebu.

Lako za to koliko je on moćan, stvar je u tome da engine dosta ko?ta i nije ba? ne?to za te pare. Da imam para i da moram birati između TV-a i Uniginea izabrao bi Unigine. Evo jedan shot iz Uniginea :

heh, očito da nezna? koliko ko?ta TV, TV ko?ta 140 ? za komercijalnu upotrebu, a ako ne radi? ne?to komercijalno mo? ga koristit besplatno, a Unreal3 500000 ?, pa sad se malo zamisli, razlika u snazi sigurno nemo?e biti tolika da je tolika razlika u cijeni, i sigurno nije jer radim u TV-u 15 mjeseci.

Svaki engine ima naravno svoje prednosti, ali o cijeni ne treba govoriti jer je TV3D u prodaji za siru publiku sto moze znaciti da peru vise para nego li vlasnici Unreal-a (ok znam, 500k? je dosta puno ali se i slabije kupuje, mozda ima 5 igara koje ce/ga koristiti)...

Znate sto, najbolji je onaj engine s kojim vam je najlakse raditi ono sto zelite! adios ;)
